Davis/Martin Weekly Update

December 14 - December 18

Dear Parents,

We are entering our last week before Christmas Break! We have many fun things planned, but we are also wrapping up mid-year testing. It is very important that your child arrive at school on time and prepared with his/her materials.

Second quarter book requirements (and AR tests) must be completed by Wednesday, December 16th. The quarter ends on the 18th. Report cards will go home on Friday, January 8th.

Students with 7 demerits or less and no office referrals will be going to ASU to watch the women's basketball team play on Wednesday, December 16th. Admission is FREE. Students may bring money for concessions, but they must eat their lunch, first. Please return the permission slip ASAP. Wear red to show our support that day!

Our Christmas parties will be on Thursday, December 17th at 9:45 a.m. (after morning block). If you signed up to bring an item to share, please send it with your student that morning. Don't forget to have your child wear pajamas, too!

There will be early dismissal on Friday, December 18th. Buses will start dismissing at 1:45 p.m., car riders at 1:50 p.m.

We hope that you and your family has a very safe and happy break!
