Reflections from the week of 1-23-17
Tiger admin continued their work with teacher evaluations, conversed with struggling learners, disaggregated data, and met the needs of AMCHS. Nevertheless, we have noticed that some students are dealing with challenging issues and are stressed out. If you notice something that is out of the ordinary, please contact an administrator.
As I was evaluating teachers last week, I was delighted to evaluate a teacher off-campus. She reinforced job readiness skills and prepared students for life after high school. I admired how our students represented CSISD, visited with the employees to learn information about the store, and communicated with employees regarding job opportunities. Our students were in awe of what they learned, and some were eager to begin immediately. There is no doubt that they are on the right path for life after high school. Thank you, Ms. Graff for believing in our students and strengthening their skill set for independent living.
If you are scheduled to have a 45 minute evaluation, be sure you are knowledgeable of the T-TESS rubric and contact your appraiser with any questions that you may have. Your ratings for the four domains will be guided by the rubric. Remember to upload your evidence through TalentEd portfolio (Uploading Evidence in TalentEd)
This is Your Moment to Shine!
