Fraser Island

Fraser Island is a heritage listed location along the Southern Coast of Queensland , Australia, approximately 200 kilometres north of Brisbane, its length is about 120 kilometres, and its width being approximately 24 kilometres.

It was inscribed as a world heritage site in 1992.

The islands famous pure bred dingos are a source of fascination for visitors and tourists who sit with complete concentration on day tours. One of Fraser Isands most famous features are the flora and fauna involved such as vine forests, brush bush rainforests etc.

One of Fraser Islands most famous forests is Black Buff Forest, it is usually found surrounding the vine scrubs.
