This Week in Advisory!
AP Exam registration has begun! Deadline November 1st!
This year, The College Board has changed the AP exam registration process significantly. The registration and ordering process will be much earlier this year and it is important that students register as soon as possible. Please see the step by step guide listed below in order to register for your AP exams.
· AP Exam Registration
o Students will receive the AP exam registration join code from their AP course instructor.
o Students will have a different registration join code for each AP course.
o Students will Sign in to My AP at https://myap.collegeboard.org/login.
o Use your College Board username and password to sign in to My AP. If you’ve never had a College Board account, you can create one via the Sign Up link.
o Click the Join a Course or Exam button
o Enter the join code your teacher gave you and click Submit.
o Check the course information. Make sure the information that comes up is for the course you are taking. If it is, click Yes.
o Fill out registration information. If this is your first time joining a class, you’ll need to provide some additional information. You only have to do this once.
· AP Exam Pricing
o Students have until November 1 to commit to taking the AP exam without late fee penalties.
o The AP exam will be $94 per exam.
o The AP Exam will be $23 per exam for Free and Reduced lunch students.
o AP Capstone is $142 and $71 respectively.
o There will be a $40 deposit for each exam which will be due at the AP exam registration deadline of November 1.
o Students with Spring AP exams will have the opportunity to register by March 1.

Join Walk, Watch, Repeat!
Want to do your part to keep Travis safe? Join Walk, Watch, Repeat! This program was started at Ridge Point HS as an effort to get additional adult eyes and ears into the hallways of the school, helping school personnel make their campus a more safe and secure place for student learning. Thanks to the efforts of the founders at RPHS and some amazing Tiger parents, WWR has come to Travis!
