Student Safety Initiative Implemented with Anonymous Online Reporting System

Upon return from Spring Break, Samuel Clemens and SCUCISD implemented an anonymous reporting program, allowing students and parents to make anonymous reports about concerns of safety or student wellness. The program is student safety-focused, as opposed to crime-focused; it is a tool for alerting caring adults about students who need help—not snitching. The system—dubbed P3—is part of the school’s and the District’s continuous efforts to increase campus and student safety, providing students with a safe, completely anonymous outlet to share concerns. Additional information on the P3 system can be found through the SCUCISD Counseling website at https://www.scuc.txed.net/Page/326.
