Flossing is cleaning the food between the teeth by passing the thread through them. Flossing is a very important part of dental health. It is as important as brushing. We must floss every time after brushing. The brushing can only clean outside the teeth but flossing can clean in between the teeth. Flossing can be painful but it keeps your teeth healthy all your life. To have healthy and shiny teeth all your life, brush your teeth twice a day and don't forget to floss everyday after brushing your teeth.
