Main Responsibilities

  • SAP HR , maintain and implement improvements. Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Training and Events, Time Management modules.
  • SAP Payroll, maintenance, configuration, implementation of interfaces with external systems.
  • Implementation and maintenance of Time Management in MX sites through the attendance clock machine. SAP interfaces.
  • Support in the implementation of SuccessFactor as well as Employee Central
  • Impart training to HR key users, ensuring the correct operation in HR systems
  • Coordinate with the external suppliers who give us services from the Help Desk, following up to all incidents and requirements from our HR users.


  • Knowledge in SAP HR Recruitment and Selection modules
  • Personnel Administration, Personnel Development, Training and Events, Time Management, Payroll
  • English 90%

Professional studies

  • Computer engineer or any equivalent degree
