I'm nerding out about this
So you probably don't care - BUT INCASE YOU DO - the Biodiversity Heritage Library, the world’s largest open access digital library for biodiversity literature and archives, has thousands of free images of the world's flora and fauna as documented over the past few hundred years! Whoa. So. Cool. I could look at these aviary day. See what I did there?
To continue with the theme- we have 2 tickets to the Philadelphia Zoo, courtesy of an Honors alumnus, that we would like to give away. The first person to send me (zmartin@temple.edu) their favorite zoo animal in the BHL's collection will win. If you can't tell, I'm just trying to find reasons to look at these beautiful images.
