Amanda Atchley- KSE. Mrs. Atchley has worked extra hard to cover all the guidance office responsibilities while Mrs. Green is out on maternity leave. She has met with students, parents, teachers, and registered many new students. She hasn’t missed a beat this year even though she’s been without her early grade partner!
Have a " MAKING A DIFFERENCE" referral for a Jacksonville City School Employee? How about letting us know? Thank you https://goo.gl/forms/XIobeJUBbAxUfx6S2

KSE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Once again, our awesome KSE teachers are delving in to some great professional development! The State Department of Education is allowing 1800 educators statewide to participate in LETRS training this year. LETRS stands for Language Essentials of Teachers of Reading and spelling. Especially for PreK-3 teachers, this training helps keep us up-to-date with the latest brain research, and allows us to learn and use more effective strategies in our reading, language, and spelling instruction.
