Volume 3/Issue 33 May 16, 2016
I can’t believe it’s the final 3 weeks of school! I hope you all are holding up ok and taking care of yourselves. I tell people that part of my job at the end of the year is trying to keep everyone from going over the edge. Teachers, especially! I know I keep saying this, but maintaining structure and routines in the classroom up until the last day will help tremendously. When you relax, they sense it and chaos begins! I hope you are all making fun summer plans. I’m excited that I get to go scuba diving again in July. What are you most excited about this summer? Maybe a vacation? Maybe sleeping in? Whatever it is, I hope it rejuvenates you and gives you the break you most certainly deserve. Our team leader retreat went so well yesterday. Your team leaders are such amazing advocates for you and the students. I’m sure they will be sharing some of the upcoming changes for next year. I hope you’re happy with them. Tomorrow’s staff meeting with be going over end of year procedures and textbooks. Yippee!
Have a great week!
