The AnHS Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is Up and Running!
The Fall Film Festival will take place on October 22, 2018 from 2-5 pm in the Library. Students will be sharing quotes from their favorite "movie" novels and organizing the CARE donations, followed by the showing of The Outsiders. Encourage your favorite Titan to join us for an evening of community service and film.
Celebrate Teen Read Week - Read For the Fun of It!
Flipgrid Your Fiction for Teen Read Week!
Encourage your favorite Titan to post a video on Flipgrid to tell us about a fiction book that they have read and love. Posts will be uploaded to our website.

Didn't apply for a Sacramento Public Library (SPL) card but want one? Pick up an application in the AnHS Library and bring it back by October 25, 2018. Your library card will be delivered to campus during Mrs. Casey's visit in November! With a SPL card you can access eBooks via the Libby App and all of the SPL's databases for your school projects.

ALL LEARNING LAB
Does your teen need a quiet place to study? Does your teen need tutoring after school?
Join us in the AnHS Library, after school, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 2:35 to 4:30 pm. Students can get help in all subjects, use Chromebooks/computers, printers, and calculators, and access Library Resources.
We can even provide documentation for the time the student attended. Just have them ask Miss Raatz or Mrs. Gorkhali for an ALL attendance slip. We are ALL in for student learning and success here at Antelope High School.

What if my Titan needs access to a Chromebook outside of class and does not have one?
The AnHS Library has Chromebooks available for use at lunch and after school. Any student who needs access to a Chromebook or printing services can take advantage of our Library resources. Library hours can be viewed here. The local North Highlands-Antelope Library is also a great resource for technology.
ANHS OPAC (ONLINE PUBLIC ACCESS CATALOG): DO YOU HAVE THE BOOK I WANT?
Search for books from home using our OPAC. Place a hold on your favorite titles. Pick up your requested book(s) at the Library Circulation Desk.
SCHOOL DATABASES AND ELECTRONIC RESOURCES FOR SCHOOL ASSIGNMENTS
Need a vetted source for a school project or paper? Access a variety of quality and credible sources right from home on the AnHS Library Webpage.
Sacramento Bee Electronic Resources
Need to find current articles in English or Spanish? Visit the Sacramento Bee News in Education website and log in as a student using the AnHS Class ID and password found on our Library website under electronic resources. Once you log in as a student select "Read Today's Paper" to choose The Sacramento Bee or El Nuevo Herald. You can also access many other student resources on their website.
