The AnHS Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is Up and Running!

The AnHS Library's TAB has elected its officers and is in the process of planning its first event of the year. During the month of October, TAB will be teaming up with CARE Club for a Fall Film Festival and Furry Friends Clothing Drive. Clothing donations are being collected in the Library and will be recycled into toys and other items for dogs and cats at the Front Street Animal Shelter.

The Fall Film Festival will take place on October 22, 2018 from 2-5 pm in the Library. Students will be sharing quotes from their favorite "movie" novels and organizing the CARE donations, followed by the showing of The Outsiders. Encourage your favorite Titan to join us for an evening of community service and film.

Spanish Story Time at the North Highlands-Antelope Library has Started!

Señora Quiñonez and her AP and Spanish 3 students read and sang to local children in Spanish on September 20th from 4-5 pm. Students will be volunteering on the third Thursday of each month during the LIbrary's Bilingual Story Time. What an amazing job these students are doing!

One student shared the following: "When the kids left, they had a smile on their faces and told their moms about it. It was a really enriching feeling to see how you can impact another generation."
