Media Center Reminders!
Please return all outstanding media center materials ASAP and empty your student activities folders!
Bring your grades on a flash drive to the media center to be transferred to Mr. Wood's flash drive!
Summer Technology and Equipment Reminders
Teachers should back up their personal data (grades, documents, etc.) to a removable device or sync to One Drive in case they move to another school or if the computers or servers are upgraded during the summer. Technology Services will not be responsible for any lost data that occurs.
Do not leave USB keys (memory, Bluetooth, etc.), CD’s, DVD’s or any removable device in the drives of computers.
For Technology Services to be able to run virus protection and updates during the summer months and so the computer will connect to the network in the fall:
Networked computers - logged off, powered on
Monitors should be turned off. Networked printers should be left on.
(If computers are plugged into power surge strips, please keep the power surge strips on!)
New Chromebooks for Teacher Checkout for 2015-2016 !
Thanks to a PTSA grant, there will be 5 Toshiba Chromebooks available for teacher checkout upon the start of the 2015-2016 school year. These will circulate for 1 week. Be sure to stop by the media center if you'd like to check one out!
