Reclassification
On Tuesday, December 13th, the Bellflower Middle and High School counselors and administrators celebrated the Reclassification of 64 students in grades 8 through 12th. Students were presented with a certificate, received a goody bag, and enjoyed some pastries as a way to congratulate students on their accomplishment. These students no longer need to take ELD classes, since reclassifying enables English Language Learners the ability to take other classes on campus. The reclassification process is quite rigorous, so we wanted to celebrate this moment.
