THINK, CREATE, SHARE, GROW
Ogden School District Library Program
What a Great Year!
- Our amazing Library Clerks created wonderful library spaces, fostered a reading culture, and led literacy activities for students.
- The District Teacher Librarians and Library Clerks helped prepare students for another successful year of the Storytelling Festival with record participation from our schools.
- The DTLs worked with many teachers throughout the district with Science Fair. They also organized the second year of the district History Day competition, with 29 students attending the state competition and 3 moving on to the national competition in Washington, D.C. this summer.
Co-Teaching and Research Projects
OHS Archives
DTL Jessica Tonnies collaborated this year with Weber State University archivists to continue to organize, record, and preserve materials in Ogden High School's archives. An Ogden School Foundation grant helped purchase supplies. This ongoing archival project will carry over to Ben Lomond High School next year.

Summer Reading on OverDrive
Don't forget! OverDrive eBooks and audio books are available to OSD's secondary students, faculty, and staff. This is a wonderful opportunity for recreational and informational reading on devices throughout the summer. The collection is continually updated with new books.
