Q: What is your role?
A: Vocal Music Specialist. I teach K-5 General Music and 4th and 5th grade choir at 2 Elementary Schools.
Q: What is your responsibility?
A: I feel my responsibility is to help kids develop a love for music and the desire to know more about it, as well as learning to work together in a group and be respectful of each other.
Q: What do you want families to know?
A: In our weekly classes, we sing, play instruments, play games and dance. I try to plan things that will involve ALL of our wonderful kiddos. It has been a complete joy to hear the kids singing in person again after a long year of being online.
Q: Any hobbies/interests you would like to share?
A: I love to read, cook, watch the Buckeyes and the Atlanta Braves, spend time with friends and snuggling with my dogs. I have two Dobermans named Harvey and Keetah.
