This is Ms. Barreto-Romero with your What’s Up Wednesday edition of our robocalls and emails. Here are some important updates for Wednesday, July 29th:

• Technology Tile: There is now a tile to request an iPad or Chromebook in the parent cloud. If you have access to a computer and wifi you can go ahead and request one. If you don’t have access to wifi and a computer you can either call the main line to have a staff member request one for you, or you can swing through our curbside registration August 3rd through August 6th from 9:00a - 11:00a or 1:00p - 3:00p to fill out a paper form to request a device for your child. Remember, students in 3rd-5th grades should already have a Chromebook if they attended Galindo or another AISD campus last year.

• Parent Information Session: Each year we have hosted a Popsicles on the Patio event to give updates and introduce new staff before the start to the year. This year we will do it virtually! Join us on August 3rd at 5:00pm on Zoom to hear about AISD updates, meet our new counselor, and ask us questions about reopening.
