Alex 'Chumpy' Pullin

Alex Pullin is a world champion Australian snowboarder. He is competing at the Sochi winter Olympic Games and was the Australian flag bearer at the opening ceremony.

About Chumpy

Alex is 26 years old and was born in Mansfield Victoria. He started skiing at the age of 3. When he was 8 his parents ran a snowboard/ski shop in Mansfield and he soon became addicted to boarding. At 15 he won his first national championship.

He competed in the 2010 Winter Olympics but he crashed in the quarter finals.

Since then he has won two world titles and is ranked number one in the world.
