In Chad, the unemployment rate is very low, however many people still cannot afford to buy their own food because their jobs are low paying. Although the unemployment rate in Chad is low, the unemployment rate in the unites states is higher than Chad. They have 8.9% unemployment while Chad has 0.7% unemployment. However, many people in Chad still cannot afford to buy food for their family with the money they earn from their jobs causing many people to starve.
The population in Chad affects the Mustapha's diet because if a country has a bigger population, then they have more people that they need to feed so each individual or family will not receive as much food.
The life expectancy in Chad is very low, and the women have a greater life expectancy than the men by one or two years. We put the life expectancy graphs in, because it supports the idea that our family does not eat a lot compared to an american family, because they have a much lower life expectancy rate than Americans, and in order to live longer, you need to stay healthy and eat a reasonable amount.
In Chad, there are very few amount of paved roads (0.8%). This causes transportation to be very difficult for people in Chad resulting in many people not being able to get to places they need to to buy food for their family. On the other hand, 100% of the roads in the unites states are paved, meaning transportation to food sources is easy and efficient.
Arable land is important to have in order to have a healthy amount of food daily, because then you can grow fruits, vegetables, and other foods that are important to include in your diet. As you can see, America has much more arable land than Chad, which is why Americans can consume much more food than Chadians.
