The Powers

It splits the powers between the states and that national government and it makes them share some powers. It checks the government so no one part had more power than the other. Evem though each state has itsown constitution they must follow the U.S constitution. It makes states follow the basic laws like giving people a trial by jury

National powers

They have the right to declare ware and print money. They make laws to enforce the constiution. Enter into treaties with foreign governments

State Powers

The state controls the marriage and the can provide for the health and saftey for people.Lets say you want to hunt or drive the state has the power to give you the license.

Powers Shared by National and State Government

They can set up courts and creating and collecting taxes. They have cops to enforce that laws or the have the power to create new ones.They can barrow money
