Heather Eschuk is a Vancouver, Canada Certified Yoga & Lifestyle Educator, and Healthcare Consultant. She has advanced studies in Classical Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Systems, Yoga Therapy and iRest®Yoga Nidra. Helping her gain control of several auto-immune and chronic conditions she had been suffering with since childhood, Yoga has had a profound effect on Heather's health and well-being. Heather teaches with creative spontaneity, intuition and her from own "own genuine experience". Jeanette M. Honermann is a passionate and committed community builder. Her company, JMH Collaborative, offers a unique approach to creating and managing change through shared knowledge and mindful leadership practices. Life circumstances moved Jeanette to search for peace and well-being. She was led to iRest® Yoga Nidra (Integrative Restoration Yoga) through which she has found a deeper sense of awareness. Jeanette shares this insightful experience with other change leaders seeking clarity and focus for their business and their lives.
