Spring Fair 2015

The PBL (Phi Beta Lambda)/Enactus Business Club is a student organization who is committed to community service, leadership development, professional networking in preparing their members for skills and success in the “real” business world. Some events they have been involved with are the Small Business Fair, Career Dynamics Week, Dress for Success, and Spring Fair.

Spring Fair


PBL/Enactus will be having their annual Spring Fair on Wednesday, March 11, 2015.


The Spring Fair features a unique opportunity for student clubs, student entrepreneurs, and local small businesses to market their business and promote sales. Come and see the products and services available.

HITSS IT OUT OF THE PARK EDUCATIONAL SESSION

ATTENTION ALL HIT STUDENTS!!

The Health Information Technology Student Society HITSS is pleased again to bring a two day education session to the community offering CEUs (pending final evaluation) for both AHIMA and AMBA members again this year. April 9 and 10, 2015 in the innovative new Education Building on the campus of University of Hawaii Leeward Community College. The theme of this year’s seminar is “HITSS It out of the Park” and features both local and national speakers who are experts on Coding (ICD-10-CM/ PCS, ICD-9-CM. CPT and HCPCS), HIPAA Privacy, Revenue Cycle for physician practice, and management development. We are confident that you will find this an interesting and rewarding seminar.

The cost of the seminar is $60.00 for both days which will be an amazing CEU value. If you register between now and March 26, 2015. You can use the code EARLYBIRD for a $20.00 discount on two day registration.


We are also working with the Department of Health to try to sponsor a brief break out on CMS rules for Long Term Care and will keep you posted about that.
