Thanksgiving Sweets: A Message from PTA
PTA's fall fundraiser is nearing the end. This is the last weekend to sell pies and cookies! Orders and money are due on Monday, October 3rd.
Each Thanksgiving, as we leave for the Thanksgiving break, PTA gives all of our teachers and staff a “thankful for you” pie. You have the opportunity to order one or more thankful pies (pumpkin, pecan, apple) and support your PTA at the same time!
All items will arrive frozen and will be ready for pick-up after school on November 5th between 2:30-6:30 at the gym.
- Each child that sell at least one item will get a cool squishy ball!
- Each child that sells 5 items will get a squishy ball AND a light up bracelet!
- The class that sells the most items will get to throw 25 pies at a teacher during the Haggar Howdy!!!
Please help our PTA achieve SWEET SUCCESS!!!!

Did you know…The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) has opened a new website called Get Smart About Drugs. This website has some excellent information for parents, teachers, and students. They have focused the last few weeks on Heroin and Opioids. According to the DEA, 580 people in the US will try heroin for the first time today.
