Winter 2018 / January 2018
Is the Rainy Weather Making You Sleepy or Depressed?
1) Take-in extra Vitamin D: This may come from vitamin supplements or foods rich in Vitamin D, such as salmon, mushrooms, & egg yolks (more food ideas here ).
2) Use a Blue Light Lamp at your study desk: These are also called Vitamin D lamps because the light emitted is similar to sunny days.
3) Talk free and confidential to UWB Counseling: They have great tips and resources to help you manage this tough time.
4) Stay active: Make time to spend with friends, or play an indoor sport to get your body and mind re-energized!
