Goal Setting for 2020
Team Beauty on a Mission
Hi Team! It's that time again! I like to send this to everyone on the team so I know where people are sitting as we start this year.
I hope you had a wonderful holiday season and, I hope it has been an amazing start to 2020 for you!
As a team, I want us all to work on what you want your 2020 Beautycounter business to look like and there is no better time than right now to start thinking about your goals, your vision, and your needs for your business! Are you wanting to increase your income? Start a team? Grow your team? Promote to another level? Spread our mission further? Make it to the LEAD conference? Whatever you want Beautycounter to be for you, it can be! Goal setting is important and I want you to print the goals out after you fill this out so you can track how things are going.
Since we did this last year I want you take a look back on 2019 and reflect on those goals you set, did you achieve them, all of them, some of them or had a ways to go?
This exercise is for those of you who are brand new as well as consultants that have been around the block! This helps me know how to guide you better so we are all on the same page.
Here is our plan ...
1. I want you to spend a little time and really ask yourself what you want 2020 to look like.
2. Take a few minutes to print off / download and fill out the attached goal sheet.
3. Email your goal sheet to your upline Director (or above) and myself! Your email with your goals should be in to your Director or to me by MONDAY, JANUARY 6th! You can snap a pic of the goal sheet to send back.
4. Once you get your goals done I will be setting up a time to chat with you about these goals.
5. No matter what your January and beyond goals are -- work on booking at least one social for January 2020!!!
Cheers to a great start to the new year and I cannot wait to help you all achieve your 2020 goals!
xx

Tara Woodland, Managing Director
I have been married to my high school sweetheart, Lucas, since 2003. Prior to having our son, Elijah, in 2013, I was a Family Nurse Practitioner for 4.5 years where I put my focus on disease prevention and tried to treat conditions with lifestyle changes when possible. For years I have paid attention to what I put in my body and made sure I exercised.
After Elijah was born I decided I couldn’t go back to work. I made the decision to stay home and raise him. When he was 8 months old, a fellow CrossFitting friend reached out to me about Beautycounter and when I started hearing about some of the information on how our environment and our personal care products impacts our health I knew I had to do something. I have been trained to help and educate people to lead healthier lives. I don’t want my son and daughter growing up in a world where they have to read labels for harmful ingredients and to see a rise in health conditions that are so quickly growing largely in part to our environmental exposures. I love that we are an education first, product second company. And, the fact that we have amazing products is a huge bonus!
My family is my “why” on this mission. To me this is so much more than selling a personal care product.
I love being a leader in this company and helping other people achieve their goals. I am here to help you in any way possible so never hesitate to reach out. xx
