A November to Remember!
Happy Fall Smith families! We are so grateful to our families for sending their children to school. Here is a look into November as a Smith Star as we continue to follow and practice our safety protocols of handwashing, social distancing, and mask-wearing to protect our students and staff.
November Students of the Month Congratulations to our November students of the month! These students are recognized for being STAR students both inside and outside of the classroom! Way to go Stars! | You Can Share Food Drive Although the You Can Share Food Drive looked a bit different this year, that didn't stop our Stars from donating! Smith Stars raised a total of $857.42! Congratulations to Mrs. Barkowsky's class! They received a popcorn party for the most money raised!! | Growing a Garden of Stars! Our garden is beginning to take shape! Concrete has been poured and we are so excited to see it become such a bright spot for our students learning in the coming months! |

Drop Off and Dimissal
Parents, thank you so much for continuing to drop off and pick up your children in the proper areas. Please remember to avoid the bus lanes and drop off 4th and 5th graders on the sidewalk after the bus lane. This will help with traffic problems. Our number one job is to keep our Smith Stars safe and this will help us out tremendously! Thank you again for your help!

We are thankful for our Stars!
