Can you believe we are in the 3rd six weeks and in November already? Thank you for all of your support, as you are a vital part of who Frank Seale Middle School and why we are successful! We have Veterans Day Assembly coming Friday, November 11th at 9 a.m. at FSMS. Please reinforce why we honor our veterans and please be on their best behavior for this wonderful event. It is a highlight for us every single year. Also, if you have a veteran in your family that would like to come eat breakfast at 8 the library and then go to be recognized in the assembly, please contact us at Frank Seale (972) 775-6145. Thanks and GO CUBS!

A little note from your Assistant Principals!

Can you believe that the second grading period is over?? 33% of the school year is completed! Grades are due on Monday at 4pm so please make sure those are turned in to the wonderful Mrs. Amanda Jordan at that time.

Can you believe that it is already time to begin thinking about next year?....for the kids that is! The High School counselors will be here on Monday during 2nd period to go over course selections for next year with the 8th grade students. Lindsey and Tonya will be talking to 6th grade during 6th period on Tuesday and 7th grade during 6th period on Wednesday. If you see Lindsey and Tonya, make sure you give them an extra pat on the back for getting everything ready to go for schedule selections this early!

Sports Update


Check out the WGMS and FSMS tennis teams doing work! It was a hard fought match by both teams, but Ennis came out on top with 17 wins for Midlo and 19 wins for Ennis. Could not be more proud of the way these kids competed, cheered on their teammates, and stuck together as a team!

Coach Q's Competitors of the Night:

-Jaelee Young 7-6 (8-6) in the tiebreaker!

-Mason Chapa 6-1 huge win!

-Chloe Catron 7-5 tight match!

-Laurie Medina 7-5 way to stick with it!

-Clayton Cutris 6-3 in singles and 7-5 in doubles (undefeated night)

-Lauren Sims 6-1 solid victory!

-Kevin Pena 6-4 the comeback kid!

-Weston Dawson 6-4 in singles and 7-5 in doubles (undefeated night)

Many other great wins from the CUBS and WILDCATS, but these were Coach Q's Competitors tonight!

Congrats to the 8th A Lady Cub Volleyball team on their big win over Corsicana last night. The Lady Cubs won in 2 games finishing their season UNDEFEATED. The Lady Cubs finished the season 8-0 - District Champs ! Congrats girls on a successful season.

The Lady Cubs 8th Grade B Team Traveled to Corsicana last night to beat the Lady Tigers 25-9, 25-4. Outstanding servers were Hannah Tucker and Sara Walker. Allison Gibbs and Sara Walker added 6 kills each. Great defense from Carys Standifer and Abby Sayen made this team successful last night. The 8th Grade Volleyball Teams both went undefeated in district play. Way to go District Champs!

The 7B lady Cubs ended the season with a win against the Corsicana Tigers! The Lady Cubs won in two games with the scores of 25-11 and 25-14. The lady Cubs played a great game with several great hits from Lauren Hallmark, Neriah Crouch, Lillie Tucker, Alyssa harder, Kennedy King, Halle Manwarren, Uryah Gueevera and Madelyn Remek, great serves from Hailey Greer and Alexis Bogy. Hailey Greer, Hannah Hill, Madelyn Glanton had amazing back row plays. Great game and season lady Cubs!
