SSILC Celebrates ROARS Breakfast
The ROARS Breakfast celebrates those students that exemplify the ROARS characteristics, which are:
- Respect
- Open-minded
- Achievement
- Responsibility
- Success
Twice a year, homeroom teachers nominate students that consistently demonstrate these traits. The selected students are honored at the ROARS Breakfast where there are able to celebrate with their parents and families.
Ms. Roberts has said this is one of her favorite events, because we are honoring students not just for their academic achievements, but for being "well-rounded, thoughtful and kind human beings."
Congratulations to the ROARS students at SSILC!!
