30.4 percent of teens are overweight. 15.5 percent of teens are obese wich means that 45.9 percent of teens are at risk for developing health problems due to weight. Most kids just stand behind a screen and eat. More kids eat junk fating food while they are watching television. You need to go outside and have fun, play sports. You must be active to maintain your weight. Working out is a great thing to do when you have "nothing" to do.
