Banks Trail Eat & Run at the Trail

The Banks Trail Middle School PTO and Athletic Booster Club are sponsoring a pasta dinner and 5K run to raise funds for the school.

On Friday, November 18th: Pasta Dinner, Silent Auction and Raffle, Race Packet Pick-Up, and Enrichment Club Presentations will be held at Banks Trail Middle School.

On Saturday, November 19th: 5K Race at Banks Trail Middle School.

Pasta Dinner: This year, the cost for dinner is $3 per person. The reservation form and money (checks made out to Banks Trail ABC), due 11/11.

Silent Auction and Raffle: This year, it will be a little different! We will auction a small number of "big-ticket" items, and everything else will be raffled off! Participants will be able to specify which item(s) they are purchasing raffle tickets for, but will not have to wait around trying to "out bid" the highest bidder on items they want to win.

Enrichment Club Presentations: Many of our Clubs will present in some way what their clubs do each day! We will have a program for families to know the time and location of each presentation.

5K Race- Registration and Packet Pick-Up: Early-Bird race registration is $20 per person before 10/29! After that, the registration price will increase to $30 per person. T-shirts are guaranteed to anyone who registers by 11/11. Here is the link to online registration: The paper registration form has the same dates. Packets/bib numbers can be picked up on Friday night, 11/18 or Saturday before the race at 8:00 am. On-site registration will be available. The 5K will start at 9:00 am on Saturday, 11/19!

Business Sponsorship: The majority of funds raised through this event will come from our generous business sponsors! The PTO and ABC have several volunteers soliciting sponsorships. However, we still need your help!! We have sponsorship opportunities of all levels from $100 up. If you are a business owner, if businesses you frequent would like to sponsor, or if your employer would be willing to sponsor this event, please print out the sponsorship form and return the form with a check made out to Banks Trail ABC by 11/7.

Grade Level Contest: Each student who turns in either a race registration form or pasta dinner form (or both) will get their name on a wolf paw on the "Paws on the Wall" display in the cafeteria. The grade with the highest percentage participation will WIN!! Typically, the 6th grade wins. 7th and 8th grade...think you can beat them this year??
