Check If Your Other Devices Are Connecting to the Internet

If you have easy access to your router, check it to make sure no errors are occurring there. Check other devices that are connected to your home Wi-Fi, like a phone or tablet, and see if they're able to access the internet.

NOTE:- f you're checking on your phone, make sure it's connected through your home Wi-Fi and not through your mobile network. Many phones will automatically switch to a 4G (or similar) network if the Wi-Fi is down — look for the icon in the status bar or access your internet settings to confirm you're currently on the home Wi-Fi network.

If your other devices are not able to connect, it's most likely a bigger problem than just Xbox Live being down.
