What we are learning in Room 12...
If your child is going to be absent, please let me know in advance if possible, so I can send make-up work with them.
- Math - We are finishing up our unit on area and perimeter. Our test will be on Friday. Please have your child continue to practice multiplication and division facts at home!
- Reading - We finished up our unit on text structure and next week we will be starting to learn about main ideas and details.
- Writing/Spelling - In writing, we are continuing to work on our biographies! We will be working on these for the next couple of weeks. Our spelling pattern this week is "suffixes” (ness, less, ful). Our spelling test will be on Friday!
- Social Studies - We are continuing our unit on economics! We will be finishing it up next week.
