What are CDL Attendance and Engagement Expectations?
- K-5: attendance 5 days a week
- 6-12: attendance for each scheduled class each day
Purpose:
- Teacher to student connection
Directions and Notes:
- Attendance includes both participation in class activities and Interaction with a teacher or instructional assistant during a school day.
- Engagement can be demonstrated by any of the following:
Participating in a video class;
Communication from the student to the teacher via chat, text message, communication app or email;
A phone call between the teacher or instructional assistant and the student, or, for younger students, with the parent or guardian of the student;
Posting completed coursework to Canvas or web-based platform or via email

Your Table Rock PTO is designed to serve the scholars of TRE and AAP. We strive to enhance events, assist our teachers as needed, and overall support a positive climate and culture for scholars. As COVID-19 has changed "how" we engage in our school, our mission still continues... We are here for all our scholars in whatever capacity that entails!
This month, we decided to put together a list of events that are taking place around the valley.
FREE EVENTS:
Ashland Art Center 357 E Main St, Ashland OR
- FREE Expression Art every Thursday 3:30 - 4:30pm
- FREE Art every Sunday 10:30 - Noon
October 13th: 12pm - 4pm
Eagle Point Library Take and Make: Pom Pom Spiders
- Pick up a take and make kit that contains everything you need to make fun and scary Halloween decorations. Kits available while supplies last
October 24th: 4pm - 6pm
Liams Trunk or Treat | Twin Creeks Park, Central Point
- FREE. First 500 kids will get a treat bag. All participants are to remain in vehicles.
- Ages 0-14 years old
October 31st 5pm - 8pm
Trunk or Treat | Table Rock Elementary Lower Parking Lot
- The Jackson County Sheriff's Office & The White City Young Marines are hosting this event
- Candy and Costume Contest
October 31st : 11am - 1pm
Grants Pass Drive Thru Halloween Festival | Grants Pass Shopping Center
- Stop by Grants Pass shopping center for a drive thru Halloween parade! Parade will take place in the Rite Aid parking lot at 915 NE D St. There will be goodies for kids and adults, balloons, prizes and a free photo-op. Dress up your car to win “Most creative costume” prizes.
October 31st: 6pm - 8pm
Drive Thru Truck or Treat by Crawling Creatures Z00 | 649 Crater Lake Ave
- Dress up, Load up your car and drive by the decorated vehicles in the Frist Baptist Church parking lot while they bring the candy to you! Keep an eye out for the Zebra Jepp where you’ll see the snakes and other creepy critters on display.

Pheasant Fields Farm | Sept 26th - October 31st | 10am - 4pm
- Online Tickets $10 per person | In person prices $12 per person
- Pricing includes: Unlimited Corn Maze, Pumpkin Patch, Animal Exhibit and rides on the cow train! No charge pumpkin patch. Must reserve a time slot!
Fort Vannoy Farms | October 1st - November 1st | Mon-Fri Noon - 6 & Sat-Sun 10 - 6pm
- Available starting at 10am: Farm Stand, Pumpkin Patch, Kettle Corn, Cotton Candy
- Available starting at Noon - Corn Maze, Pumpkin Patch, Pumpkin Chunker, Cannon Blaster, Cow Train
Bigham Farms Pumpkin Patch | October 2nd - October 25th | Fri-Sun 10am - 5pm
- Pumpkin Slingshots, Corn Maze, Fresh Veggies and More!
