Buoyant Force
For an object to float, the upward buoyant force= the downward gravitational force.
Air/water pressure
The outward force caused by contained water or air.

The force between 2 surfaces that works against motion.
Air resistance
The force between air and a surface that works against motion.
Normal force
The force perpendicular to an object's surface that results in support.
Tension/elastic
A force caused by a string, spring or rope resulting in stretching or pulling.
Electric
Two positive charges will repel, as will two negative charges.
Push/pull/force
Push- an act of exerting force on someone or something in order to move them away from oneself.
Pull-an act of taking hold of something and exerting force to draw it toward one.
Grip-take and keep a firm hold of; grasp tightly
Gravity
attractive force between two objects that depends on the masses of the objects and the distance between them.
