- Grade levels will be called and students that want them can be sent to the auditorium
- 10:15AM - Individuals - Approximately when 8th grade group is finished
- 1 grade level every called 1/2 hour
- 10:15 - 7th
- 10:45 - 8th
- 11:15 - 6th

- we will be contacting staff that have not submitted them to Mrs. Hicks (all staff should be certified)

Golden ticket winners - should report to the cafeteria period 9 for water ice. (Eat in Cafeteria)
- we will sign their golden ticket in the AM and give it back to them and this will be their ticket in.
We will announce the winners as usual during AM announcements on March 1st - TBA !!
SWPBIS Site Visit -T-Shirt Sign Up
Please fill in the Google Doc chart (the link is below) --- with your name, t-shirt size and room number, we want all staff to have this filled out by Friday, March 1.
We will be getting t-shirts made for every staff member in the building, Special education teachers please make sure the classroom assistants and classroom aids fill in the chart as well.
We want to have everyone wear the t-shirts on April 2, for the site visit by the state PBIS SWPBIS team. (Site Visit Time on April 2nd: 9:30am - 12:30pm at PGMS)

PGMS - Lost and Found Information
The lost and found at PGMS has reached an astonishing level. All items have been on display for the past week in the hallway outside the gym.
The items will remain out until after Parent Teacher Conferences, on March 4th. After March 4th all remaining items will be donated to a designated organization.
Please encourage your child to check the tables for any items they may have misplaced during the course of the school year. Parents are welcome to visit the lost and found during the day of parent teacher conferences on March 4th (from 12:00 - 8:00).

PSSA 2019 Information:
- We will be devoting the March 27 7:15am early morning meeting to reviewing PSSA protocols and answer questions before the practice day.
7:15am-8:15am Professional Staff -meet in Auditorium for PSSA Faculty Discussion
9:00am Classroom Assistants/Student Aids -meet in Auditorium to review PSSA protocols
Review PowerPoint and PGMS PSSA Blueprint
Review assignments for those who are not specifically proctoring the test
Note: The Principal PLC Meetings on March 28 will be devoted to discussing PSSA protocols and answering grade level/ENCORE specific information regarding PSSA testing.
March 27 - April 4 ---->Pick up ALL PSSA Materials, Prepare for April 5th PSSA Practice Day and Prepare Classroom.
