ROYAL REVIEW (03.17.2022)

To be Christ-centered in our words, thoughts and actions.

Please ask your child(ren) to give you the letter from Mr. Wiegmann regarding this next school year's tuition and Financial Aid! As always, if you have any questions, please call the office.

The Third Quarter ends on Friday, March 18, 2022. Teachers will be finalizing grades after Friday and we will be sending report cards home on Thursday, March 24th.

This is a friendly reminder that open registration is here!

Note to Current Students' parents: Remember, if you are RE-ENROLLING your student, you must use the snapcode provided to you in your email. If you are having trouble finding this email, please contact the office. DO NOT Enroll your student as a NEW student.

Registration Fee: Your Registration is not complete without paying the fee. Please avail yourself to the opportunity to early register your child/ren for a discount on your registration fee. The registration fee is $150/ family this year; however, if you pay by April 15th, you will only have to pay $100/family. Part of your registration fee also covers your $40 FACTS Grant & Aid Application, which all families are required to fill out.

We have our water fountains available for students to drink from, so it is not always necessary to have a water bottle on hand. However, if you choose to send your child with a water bottle, we are no longer allowing soft or flex water bottles! (Examples: Gatorade bottles with the squeeze top or Kroger/Costco disposable water bottles). Unfortunately, these have become a method of spraying other students and horseplay. Any water bottle that comes to school from now on needs to have a hard shell or be a hard plastic bottle that does not squeeze.

We are seeing some small improvements with this; however, please understand we are having an issue with the items below.

Late Pickups:

We are seeing many students still left in the building after car dismissal has ended at the end of the school day. We are usually finished releasing all of our car lines by 3:15 p.m. (Thursday, 2:15 p.m.). We ask that you get to school no later than the 3:15 timeframe (preschool we ask that you be in the 3 p.m. car line).

This especially becomes an issue on Thursday, as teachers are scheduled to be in meetings or collaboration sessions and cannot supervise students waiting on rides.

Supervision Issue:

To help with after-school supervision, all families have the option to sign up for our After-Care Program with the Learn Resource Center! "New Registration" forms can be accessed at this link.

This last Monday, March 14, we began sending children to After-Care if they were not picked up by 3:15 - 3:20. If this happens, you will then be responsible for signing up with Learn Resource Center and paying the initial fee for your child or children.

We understand that sometimes parents run late on occasion, but it is becoming a daily issue. Please consider arranging for an alternative ride for your child if you are unable to pick them up by 3:15 p.m.

Thank you for helping us work out a resolution.

Mr. Wiegmann

Free Immunization Clinic on Friday, March 18th from 3:00 pm-7:00 pm

This is a good time to get caught up on immunizations or think ahead for next year.

The clinic is designed for both kids and adults.

They will have all of the school-required vaccines available plus anything else that the CDC recommends for all ages. It is totally free; they only take insurance information to bill for admin fees--NO OUT OF POCKET COSTS! For those uninsured, no fees at all will be taken.
