Court Case
A homeowner in Henderson, Nevada, filed a lawsuit saying that an officer forcibly entered into his house. The cop says he was doing it to gain a tactical advantage involving a domestic violence incident next door. The case is still being determined.
George vs. Soldiers
Soldiers busted into a farm owner's house by force. They claim that they were on the run from some enemy troops. The 3 soldiers said that if the farm owner didn't let them in, he'd be fined and tried. The farmer refused and shut the doors. The soldiers then busted down the door, and shot and murdered the farmer. The farm owners family filed a lawsuit and won the case. The soldiers were found guilty for murder and breaking the 3rd amendment to the constitution. They're sentenced to 50 years in a solitary island in jail.
