About the CRHS School Improvement Council (SIC)
This year, the SIC focused on the following areas: building a strong, positive culture for the first school year, dress code policy and developing standards for CRew (time allotted for students to assist help in their courses and student development programs).
A main goal for the school year was to create an appropriate dress code that is consistent from school to school. This approach was a multi-tiered effort by first allowing the SIC representatives to give information/opinions for the principal to relay to the district administration, presentation of a new dress code policy followed by a survey sent out by FMSD to all parents, revisions to policy and then a final draft was presented to the Board of Trustees and approved.
