Blanket and Towel Drive for The Humane Society of Genesee County

Our Oaktree Student Council's servant leadership project for January is a used blanket and towel drive to benefit the animals at The Humane Society of Genesee County. They will be collecting used blankets and towels for the entire month of January. Students may bring their blanket and towel donations to school to be placed in the collection bins. Thank you for supporting our furry friends!

Oaktree Credit Union Deposit Day

Tuesday, Feb. 4th, 1:30pm

Representatives from ELGA Credit Union will be here on Tuesday, February 4th to accept student deposits to the Oaktree Credit Union.

Celebration of Writing Night

Thursday, March 5th, 5-7pm

Please join us for our Celebration of Writing (COW) Night where we celebrate the writing of our Oaktree students. Students will have their writing displayed throughout the school. Many students also choose to do a presentation, performance, or special project in connection to their writing. Please click the link below for more information on COW Night.

Martian PTO

The Martian PTO is always looking for people that would like to get involved and volunteer their time. The next PTO meeting is on February 12th. The PTO will also meet throughout the year on the following dates: March 11th, April 8th, and May 13th. All meetings will be in the middle school media center starting at 9:00.

The BOX TOPS CHALLENGE is BACK! Please send in your clipped Box Tops during Feb 3rd-7th.

The classroom in each grade with the most Box Tops will win a prize!


You can also submit Box Tops digitally through the Box Tops app. While these do help our schools, they will not count as part of the contest.
