Redding & Palo Cedro: Team Building

"The workers are few but the harvest is plentiful" Matt 9:37

Immediate Needs in Your Area

As we enter the new year, it is a time to reflect upon the blessings of this 2015 year. Your area has seen unprecedented growth in both enrollments and programs added, and we anticipate more in 2016 to accommodate the needs of the families you already know and love. Additionally, we want to fulfill our mission To Know God and MAKE HIM KNOWN by reaching out to other families in our area to bless them with the opportunity to join in classical Christian community with us.

What Does This Mean?

We can not do this alone. As a community of families currently enrolled in a program, you receive this blessing of community firsthand in your specific location. In turn, we need to look at the greater CC community in your area to see how we can serve one another, as well as those who would enjoy these same benefits which you receive weekly.

As a team, we can come together and be equipped to serve, just like we do in our church and in our own CC programs.

What Does This Look Like?

1 Peter 4:10 says that each of us should use whatever gifts we have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms. As good and faithful stewards, we can each bring value to the great team in our area and serve alongside one another, exhorting and equipping each other.

Be encouraged! There are many ways that you can help!

Team Players

In CC, we serve in a variety of ways, some of which you are already familiar with, but some may not be so well known. Here are a few to list for you to peruse and consider:

  • Support Representative
  • Information Meeting Hostess
  • Book Event Hostess
  • Practicum Hostess

And the list goes on....

Director Qualifications and Responsibilities

In order to add or maintain existing programs to your area, we need qualified directors to step up to the call and be equipped.

  • Faith in Christ
  • Have a strong Biblical Worldview
  • Homeschool ALL children in ALL programs through high school: CC Is the method and model of your entire family

The process for becoming a director involves an initial conversation about the role, a formal interview, application and background check, contract and finally, training.

You CAN Do This!

We need YOU! In order for our communities to continue to grow to meet the needs of your children in the future, we need to plant the seeds of growth today and nurture them for tomorrow.
