Maslows Hierarchy Of Needs
"Simply Psychology" (by: Akira Lawrence)
Physiological Needs
I'm Starting from the bottom of the pyramid you could say and I'm going to list the things I think go in this particular category.
-Food, is needed to survive and stay strong.
-Sleep is very important because without it you would be fairly drowsy and tired most likely not able to work properly or stay active for very long.
-Water is important because without H2O you would get dehydrated and you wouldn't be able to be active because your body would be slowing down for the most part anyways.
-Shelter is very important for the reasons , the seasons change and it gets cold and than it gets warm, maybe even hot at times and its fairly difficult in my opinion for all of that going to season changes and things like that can and will effect you and how you live.
-Medical Care you need medical care this is so there for you can maintain a healthy life and at least try to stay healthy and things like that.
Safety ,
~security, like being safe and knowing that your safe.
~Family, people that can be there for you mentally as well as physically.
~Health, you want to stay healthy to live a long healthy life.
~Freedom of fear not being afraid of things.
Self-Esteem

Belonging- Love, Esteem
-Family, again just because family plays a big role in life and who you are as a person and where you come from.
-Friendship, having those people that can make you feel like you actually belong and love and care for you that's an amazing feeling.
-Social, and emotionally are two other big things you know they have a big role that they play in your life like being social and interacting with others is a pretty big deal.
-Affection is another having someone or having people there showing you that they care is a huge deal as well.
~Confidence having a good amount if high self-esteem is always good you know and being confident in who you are is always good you know, its like knowing yourself.
~Respect for yourself basically is saying if you don't respect others than how are you ever going to be able to respect another person or more people?
~Your Ego, like how you want people to see you on the outside, and how you present yourself has a lot to do with your ego, you know when people hear your name like what do u want them to think about you , and everyone Is different when it comes to this type of stuff.
