We all have been in those smoky, old, hole in the wall bars where we watch the old, scruffy bikers play a game of pool. This may be the literal meaning of this poem but it gets much deeper the more you think about it. Have you ever seen Hank Williams fall in the backseat of a Cadillac? Me either. I know that analogy made you think, that is why this poem is famous.

"Hank Williams falls again, in the back seat of a Cadillac."

Soothing Tones

Soothing back round music will be playing as I vividly rehearse this poem.
