Homeroom Parent Communication
Family Fun Night Baskets for Auction and Raffle
We Need Your Help!
I wanted to contact everyone to get your help with coordinating the baskets for the Family Fun Night (March 17th) for each of the homerooms. For the baskets, each classroom has been assigned a theme. Each class will have an author or book series as a basket theme. As the homeroom parents, you are asked to reach out to the class parents (I recommend sending an email to the parents' contact emails that are in the directory). Baskets will be provided outside the classroom and will need to be filled. Basically you can ask for any kind of donations - either items or monetary donations to fill the basket. Please see below for ideas! From past experience, I think it works well to give parents options, e.g. they could donate items or a suggested monetary donation you can say as they feel appropriate or give a range, e.g. $5-10. Below, please see each classroom's theme.
Hopefully, you can get emails out asking the parents for their assistance and we can begin to fill the baskets! We will need baskets completed and wrapped no later than Wednesday, March 15th. Please contact PTAC if you need assistance in wrapping your classroom basket.
