End of Year and Item Pick Up

As of May 22, 2020, distance learning for the 2019-2020 school year. I don't think anyone anticipated ending the school year this way. I miss seeing our students each day and am truly sad about the events and opportunities they missed because of the school shut down. Please continue to check our social media and website to see our celebration videos for our 8th grade award winners. On May 29th, we will post a short celebration video with pictures of events throughout the year. While this cannot replace an in person awards or promotion ceremony, we hope that students and families enjoy them as a small gesture of support for our students who missed out on the end of year and activities that go along with it.

On June 2nd and 3rd, we will be holding item pick up for any students who have items left on campus. At this time, we will also be collecting band instruments, music books, and band or choir uniforms. No other items will be collected at this time. Please see the schedule below for your assigned time to collect items.

We have cleaned out PE lockers and classrooms and bagged student items for pick up. These items along with promotion certificates and 8th grade awards can be picked up during item pickup next week. If for some reason you cannot make it during those days, please contact Mrs. Grimble or Mrs. Cisneros to set up an alternate time. Yearbooks have not yet been delivered. When they are, we will send out information about the plan to distribute them.
