Have You Heard the News... Take 2
Once again, we are making plans to return to face to face learning in our A/B hybrid model. I am so excited to see our students even if it is only two days a week!! A lot of planning is taking place between now and Feb 1. We are working out academic schedules and most importantly, ensuring all safety precautions are in place according to the CDC & Health Department guidelines.
As you are aware, the District sent out a survey so we can plan for how we will offer a remote learning option for parents who wish to keep their students home as we transfer to hybrid.

I know there are several questions that you might want answered so you can better fill out the survey. Outside of health and safety questions, everything else is dependent on the number of students returning to in-person learning. Remote learners are likely to have a different teacher and schedule change. As of right now, I do not know if it will be a Graham teacher. I hope it can be, again it all depends on the amount of our students who stay remote. So many unknowns; I know it's hard.

Please feel free to always reach out with your questions. Mrs. Watson and I are here to support and will reseach to find answers for you. I will communicate frequently as we move through this transition together. I appreciate your patience, support and flexibility. I can't wait to see our students!!
Hybrid Dates
2nd & 3rd grades: February 17
4th & 5th grades: March 1
Bell Schedule
Prior to the pandemic, Bethel elementary schools were on a rotating bell schedule. Three years early start and three years late start. This year we were to begin our three-year rotation on the late start schedule-9:20-3:50. Because we started full distance learning, we were able to have common start times across the district. When we return to in person learning for K-1, all students and staff will be following our regularly scheduled bell time.
Student School Day: Tardy bell -Students are expected to be in their seats and ready to learn at 9:20 and dismissal bell at 3:50.
Hybrid Schedule: Group A-Monday/Thursday
Group B-Tuesday/Friday
Attendance is Taken Twice a Day: Once in our English/Language Arts Block & Once in our Math Block
