Commit to 60 days of WODs and clean Paleo eating

How Does It Work?

  • $50 to join the pain
  • Get added to a cohort of people to keep you motivated and accountable.
  • Do the week one benchmark workout - you'll do this same workout again at week 8 and you'll get points based on how much you improve.
  • Keep a daily food log & submit to your coach each week - everytime you cheat on your clean paleo eatin' you'll loose points.
  • Commit to doing at least 4 CFED WODs each week - log 'em and turn 'em into your coach.
  • Participate in weekly challenges to earn extra points.
