This is a delicious combination of rice and chicken . With it you can have a green salad, tostones and avacodos.

Sancocha

This stew has many herbs and spices with beef and vegetables. Sancocha is served hot!

Lengua Picante

Spicy cow tongue. This meal is a combination of spices and vegetables used to give the tongue a taste. Served over rice.

Breakfast

Mangú

A breakfast sausage served on white cheese.

Salami

Eggs topped with onions cooked with vinegar and has pieces of salmi in it.

Mangú sausage

The sausage that is in the meal mangú served with eggs, red onion, and corn.
