Tips for this week...Review your goals
- Memorial weekend is approaching which means Summer days are just around the corner. Take advantage of the warm days and book your Trunk Show pool parties and BBQ’s for the holiday weekend (BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A MEMORIAL DAY SALE COMING!)
- Check in on your activity goals above. Are you on track to meet your Shine Bright goals? Adjust activity, not goals to make May work for you!
- Participate in your team Booking Blitz this week to book the first 2 weeks of June
- Invite prospective Stylists who were unable to attend a Summer Rally to our Opportunity Webinar on Thursday, May 21st

Dot Dollars are Back!
For every $50 your customer spends now through June 15th, they earn $25 in Dot Dollars! Dot Dollars is an amazing deal for customers and Hostesses and for you to increase sales and earn your May incentive t-shirt!
Get some Dot Dollars Trunk Shows on the calendar and share this amazing deal with customers now! Don't assume they know about it! Reach out to customers with wish lists. They can get an item or two now, and the rest using their Dot Dollars.

"Julie! I am so excited because we just launched our FAB Dot Dollarspromotion and I would LOVE to bring our newest collection over to show off to you and your girlfriends/neighbors! As they shop, they will earn Dot Dollars to use later in June and early July! It's our best promo of the year! I have May 26th and 28th open and we could do a "Margaritas & Must-Haves" with chips/salsas and the BLING! Let me know what works for you!
My best advice is to BOOK more shows using the Dot Dollars as an extra incentive! But what I have done in the past at my trunk shows during the dot dollar time period is what helps with redemption! For every order that qualifies, I have a paper order form ready for them to fill out for their dot dollar order. If they are able to pick out those items and write down credit card number, I cover their shipping on their dot dollar order! Hope that helps!
t's a long earning period so plenty of time to add more trunk shows (perfect reason to get hostesses to book - think about if their customers earn rewards at their show and if the show is still open during the redemption period thats even more rewards for them when their guests redeem!).

How Can You Shine Brightly?!
I want you to ask yourself honestly, how often are you doing things that are smart for business - activities that are allowing you to connect with people, offer great customer service, share the opportunity to host and join? How often are you doing the activities below? Daily? Weekly? Monthly? Quarterly? If you aren't getting the results you want, start doing something different.
Embrace High Value Activities (HVAs) every day to reach your goal. Set a goal to talk to 1-2 new people per day and at least 1-2 guests and the Hostesses at every Trunk Show.
Here are a few HVAs you can try:
- Participate in 2 Booking Blitz
- Make 2 calls per day to share the Hostess opportunity
- Customer care calls with February, March and April customers: make sure they love their purchase and offer the Hostess opportunity
- Call February, March and April Hostesses and share why they’d be perfect for the Stylist opportunity. No? Offer a Trunk show
- Talk to 1-2 prospective Stylists at each Trunk Show
- Hand out 1-2 Opportunity Brochures per/day (bonus: go to a new location at least 2-3 times per week!)
