Reducing Pain with Meditation

Meditation has been proven to help reduce pain, lessen stress, and aid relaxation.

Join Wanda Davis, a reiki master and teacher since 2005, for a special workshop on how to reduce body pain with meditation. Participants will be led through various types of meditations in order to find which method works best for them. For Adults 18-65+

Wanda has a strong science background with a Master of Science and over ten years of science lab research experience. Wanda also has a Bachelor of Education and has ten year of teaching experience. Video Games are now available @ STPL!
Visit the Palmer Youth Library on the lower level or use the library's online catalog to check out video games for Xbox 360, Wii, and PS3. All games are rated E for Everyone or E10+ for Everyone aged 10 and older. One game per customer for 7 day loan.

Library & Friends of STPL @ Horton Farmers' Market
Library staff are armed with laptop and wireless Internet hub market every Saturday 8 a.m. until Noon to answer questions, promote programs, search the catalog for you, and just about everything else (library related, of course!) The Friends are also on site with previously read and gently used books and magazines for sale. Come early for best selection!
