HOW DO YOU BECOME RESILENT?
There are so many strategies dealing with getting rid of stress.
How do you take care of yourself? Who do you talk to? What do you believe in?
What are some things that you do to take care of yourself?
Exercise
Sleep
Hobbies
Eating Heathy
These are a few of the strategies that you can do to take care of yourself but there are many more and not one strategy can get rid of stress. What works best for you?
Who do you talk to?
Who do you reach out to for help and support? It could be family members, friends, teachers etc.. but find someone that you can talk to about your needs.
What do you believe in? Not necessary a religious belief only but what do you believe in yourself or your purpose in the world?
Finding some things that you are interested in or passionate about, hobbies, play time and utilizing deep breathing as a primary relaxation and focusing technique.
Thinking positive
Life is about finding a balance
